Each component highlights an essential trait for inspiring and guiding others. 

 

L is for Listen 

The foundation of leadership is listening. A leader who actively listens not only gains valuable insights but also fosters trust and understanding. Listening is more than just hearing words; it’s about comprehending perspectives, identifying needs, and learning from others. No one has all the answers, and acknowledging this opens the door to collaboration and growth. 

 

E is for Empower 

A leader’s strength isn’t measured by how much they can do on their own but by how effectively they empower others. Delegating responsibility, offering guidance, and providing the tools for success enable teams to thrive. By empowering others, leaders multiply their capacity to create meaningful change.
